Terms & Policies

1. Platform Role

• The platform connects customers with independent cleaners.
• Cleaners are independent contractors, not employees of the platform.
• The platform only provides booking and payment services.

2. Platform Commission

• The platform charges 15% commission from the cleaner for each completed booking.
• This commission is automatically deducted or recorded by the platform.

3. Booking Policy

• Customers must provide accurate information about the location, service type, and timing.
• Cleaners may accept or decline booking requests.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation more than 24 hours before the booking → Full refund.
• Cancellation between 8–24 hours before the booking → 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 8 hours before the booking → No refund.

5. Payment Policy

• Payments can be made through the platform or by approved methods such as card or cash.
• All bookings must be recorded in the platform.

6. Cleaner Responsibilities

• Cleaners must arrive on time and perform services professionally.
• Cleaners must respect customer property and follow agreed service details.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide safe access to the property.
• Customers must treat cleaners respectfully.

8. Reviews & Ratings

• Customers can rate cleaners after each completed service.
• Repeated low ratings may result in account review or suspension.

9. Platform Rights

• The platform may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the policies.
• The platform may update policies when necessary.

10. Safety & Conduct

• Harassment, illegal activity, or unsafe behavior will lead to account suspension.
